"After talking to 3 other destination wedding planners, I felt at peace with choosing Hotel Maven! My experience started with Matt Guin to go through all of the resort options that best fit my needs. He made an overwhelming process very simple! I ultimately picked Secretes Playa Mujeres and couldn’t recommend it enough. Once the wedding details started, I worked with Angie Sarmiento to help coordinate with the resort and solidify my plans. She stayed on top of the timeline and communicated extremely well with the resort to make sure it went smoothly. She even took it one step further and traveled to the resort to be my personal assistant on my wedding day! She tracked down my bouquet, pinned my dresses before my first dance, passed out my vendor tips, and even put together an insta reel for us! Angie was incredible to work with before, during, and after my wedding. At all times I had 3 contacts I knew I could reach out to for answers. Matt, Lance, and Angie made the perfect team. "I recently attended a wedding booked through HotelMaven. The experience was great from start to finish. I was able to easily book my room with a small deposit and pay for the balance close to departure. I loved the itinerary I received from them because it had all of the information I needed for my trip from start to finish in one place. I loved that I got to share my airport transfer with other wedding guests and we had a great time getting to know each other better on the way to the resort. My check in at the hotel went very smoothly since my itinerary had my confirmation number which made it easy to find. The whole week was amazing and the wedding day was perfect. "Wedding Date: 10/07/22 HotelMaven allowed us to have a stress free planning of our wedding. The continuous communication before the wedding, during the trip, and any follow up questions, we received from our planner Matt Guinn and staff, was unmatched. All aspects of our travel, wedding, and itineraries were very flexible and accurate and our guests enjoyed knowing exactly what we needed from them each and every day, without us having to communicate with each individual guest, every single day. "Working with Matt was fabulous. He made our dream wedding happen. He was very easy to work with and he took care of practically everything. His Communication was flawless; whenever we had questions he was quick to respond and even quicker to find the answers. Our guests had no difficulty locating their hotel transport, airport shuttle, or gate number. This agency made everything easy to navigate and planned everything with short notice. Our dream wedding was planned in 4 months. Matt found the perfect venue with all of our requirements. We had a wedding planner for the resort however Matt did most of the work. Would recommend him and this company many times over. Excellent quality service, cannot be more pleased the way our wedding turned out."
