He kindly asked the person on the phone to take a call back and promptly helped us! He took a look at our situation and advised we actually apply for a visa in another country (long story) in order to save us some money. He could have lied and forced us to pay a bunch of unnecessary money but instead was humble and helpful. Definitely would recommend and I will definitely use global travel in the future"
