"My Mom asked me to make this review based on 2 visits for Silver Slings classes she attended in the fall during her visit to Hurricane, UT. First of all, she says she is very grateful for the professionalism of the owner and teacher, Kerry Ann. and for the excellent care and support she received both times, she says that KA is in the right profession. My mom is 87 years old with the usual stiffness that comes with having arthritis. She felt good after the classes, even forgetting her cane because she could walk with more ease. But the icing on the cake was that she had a fun time and felt proud of herself having tried aerial yoga at her age!"
"I took a class at Unity Health & Welness Yoga studio and it was truly amazing. The instructors were highly skilled and provided clear, thorough instructions on proper technique and safety. The aerial hammocks were new-in great condition and made for a unique and exciting yoga experience. The studio was clean and well-maintained, with a fun and positive energy. I highly recommend Elyssa’s and Kerry Ann’s classes to anyone looking to try something new and exciting. The aerial yoga class was a fantastic workout and left me feeling energized and accomplished.
