"Very excited to come to see Dr. Mourad as a provider. I have heard great things about him. I had to cancel my apt with him and get it rescheduled to a later date. Called today and spoke with Stephanie from the office she rescheduled my apt but is not pleasant to say the least. After having the call with her I received a text confirmation for the rescheduled apt and then another text came through that said that same apt I just scheduled was cancelled. Called again hoping to not have to speak to her, got her again. She seemed very annoyed with me that I asked her to recheck the apt. Customer service on her part could def be better and especially for a new patient calling in to scheduled, she should def be more kinder."

"Dr. Mourad came highly recommended from my MFM to help with a somewhat rare issue at 19 weeks pregnant. He prioritized my care seeing that it was urgent and got me in for surgery quickly. Dr. Mourad and his fellow Dr. Norton were very thorough in their preoperative appt with me, and before the surgery with my last minute questions. They were very receptive to my concerns and never tried to dismiss them. They performed a surgery on me that is not done often and did it with precision and ease. I was still nervous after the procedure and Dr. Mourad brought me in for a post op appt and eased my mind once again. Bedside manner is not always present these days with the hustle and bustle of patient care, but Dr. Mourad had amazing bedside manner. I would recommend Dr. Mourad to anyone who needs a minimally invasive obgyn surgeon."
