"I’ve had a great experience with Dr. Schmied so far! I’m now 29 weeks pregnant and I feel good as I get closer to delivery. Appointments usually move quickly but when I’ve had questions she stays and answers as many as I have and I don’t feel rushed. When I first made an appointment I originally was trying to book with another provider but wasn’t able to get an appointment. I was a little worried because I knew I was trying to get pregnant and the doctor I went with would be a big part of that journey for me. Before I got to my first appointment I actually had a miscarriage and Dr.Schmied was incredibly sweet and helpful at that very difficult appointment. When I got pregnant again she was very flexible allowing me to come in and have everything checked early as well as a few early ultrasounds to ease my anxiety. Love going to this practice overall have nothing but good things to say. I also really love that they seem to have a good mix of both pregnant and regular gynecological patients so it feels comfortable going there for both needs."

"Very quick and friendly front staff. My doctor is very nice and professional. My only complaint is the poor, paper cheap quality of the 'gown'. It is SO bad. It's small, thin, rips. I wasn't covered up at all. I may as well sat there naked. For such a nice clinic located in Central Scottsdale, the gown needs a BIG improvement!"

"My friend recommended this OB and I have really enjoyed my experience here so far. I transferred from an OB in Denver, CO after moving and I am happy I did. While the office is often busy, I am usually seen on time and have appreciated seeing the same doctor at each visit unlike the first practice I went to. Dr. Schmied has been amazing over the course of my pregnancy. With a minor complication at the end of my pregnancy she was careful to monitor everything and get me scheduled for delivery as soon as possible to keep baby safe. She also went out of her way to check in and discuss test results to calm my nerves. She is both professional and personable, and I have felt comfortable in her care. My experience at HonorHealth Shea, the hospital they deliver out of, was also second to none. I was worried about this initially but everyone there really looked after us and made us feel right at home."
