"Seriously one of the best doctors I’ve ever had. He truly listens, he sets his stuff down, looks at you and asks deep questions to get to the bottom of your issues. He is kind, compassionate, knowledgeable , great sense of humor and takes his time!! Exams are gentle, ladies. He does book out a couple months on average but in an emergency he gets established patients in asap, usually w/i 2 weeks. If something is really bad, in my experience, he has gotten me in 1-3 days. If he doesn’t know the answer, he refers out, which I prefer. Dr Wilson has done my surgery and it was very complicated. He was the ONLY doctor willing to perform my surgery. I wish I had found him 20 yrs ago. The only things that are negative: some of his staff takes way too long to get back to you, if at all (w/billing, nurses). Most of the staff is friendly but not the most efficient nor knowledgeable which is a bummer. Oh and if you have the first appt of the day and they tell you to come early, they are NOT open, so ask what time they open their doors. The other annoying thing is their Phreesia sign in system, it’s a pain. Every time I go I have to reverify insurance, address, etc. Even if I came in 2 weeks prior, I have to fill out paperwork again. And pay using their tablet prior to appt. They precharged for something I didn’t end up getting, and it was a cluster trying to figure out what they owed me, and how to credit me. I ended up leaving it as a credit, and they did use it. Overall still a great facility."
