"Dr Eckel is a good Doctor he delivered my daughter in 2014 but he can hurt a persons feeling. I had complications and was high risk and had a miscarriage the prior year and the day my c-section was scheduled at Banner in North Scottsdale I felt he didn’t have the best bed side manners because of something’s he had said right before my C-section during the C-section I had to be put under due to not being able to have a spinal tap and during the delivery there was complications and my blood pressure spiked extremely high , thanks to his quick actions during this I am still here today because I almost didn’t survive . I am so grateful to him for his quick reactions and the care he provided during the birth his experience made the difference in my delivery. He may not have the best bed side manners but he is an extremely good doctor. He recently retired but the other doctors at is his office are just as good ."

"I met Dr Seckel about 33 years ago when he performed some urgent surgery for possible ovarian cysts. Back then ultrasounds we’re nowhere as good as they are now. I loved him as my OB GYN. I had some complications and he took the time to educate me on my options. He also delivered my next 2 children, for a total of 3 at Scottdale Osborn. Then when my eldest daughter became pregnant, he ALSO delivered all 3 of her children at Scottsdale. His compassion, knowledge and patience are outstanding!! He’s the best!"

"Dr. Eckel was my OB and delivered my first baby this past February. There aren't enough words that describe how wonderful Dr. Eckel was during my pregnancy, delivery and after birth. I had an unplanned c-section, which I was nervous and not prepared for. Dr. Eckel explained the reasons he felt a c-section would be the best plan and he really helped calm me and my husband down before and during the procedure. I'm so glad and fortunate to have been his patient and to have my baby birthed by him."

"Dr.Eckel was my doctor with my 2 pregnancies. He delivered my first son Dec.2018 and my second son was delivered by Dr.Reuss Jul.2022 because it was an emergency case and Dr Eckel was not available during that day. But nonetheless Dr.Eckel is the best OB you could ever have. He made sure that me and my baby were taken care of. He is thourough as well especially if you have a complication like me. I had GD both pregnancies and my last one I had preecplampsia on top of my GD. I want to thank Dr.Eckel and his team for taking good care of me during my pregnancy. God bless him and his team."
