"Started care for my pregnancy there after a friend referred me and and told me they were a good clinic, but it was all a lie, the receptionist Veronica will give you medical advice over the phone when the Dr and MA are not available and says she will relay a message but NO ONE will call you back. Ultrasound machine quality is horrible, super blurry and can barely see anything. Receptionist will take back what she tells you over the phone and then argue with you and proceed to call you a liar in front of staff and Dr. The hospital affiliated to this clinic St Joseph’s is even WORSE. Overall horrible experience. Do not comes here if you want a clinic that actually cares for you and your baby."
