"The girl at the front desk is rude and unhelpful. This is my first pregnancy and my boyfriend and I were very excited about our first appointment. The front desk was rude with every interaction. I can't imagine not feeling well or getting bad news and having to deal with her bad attitude. Dr Walter was great, but I will not be back."

"We showed up 13 mins before our appt. The appt was at 4. I waited till 4:26 & left. At 4:20 I asked the front desk how much longer for the Dr & I would not wait any longer than 5 more minutes. It is not a good first impression & there are plenty of good Dr’s that don’t over book and/or stay with their schedule. So we left. As a patient, we are held to a high standard for a late policy. It should be the same for providers. This impression made me feel like this is a dr that does not respect their patients time. Additionally, one of the front staff was not friendly. She just didn’t seem she wanted to be there. The other woman was friendly and you could tell she was new. It was the other lady who didn’t even care that they were loosing a patient as a customer. I’ve worked in a very busy pediatric & internal medicine office for several years… we would have got the office manager right away if someone came up stating they are only waiting another 5 mins and the reason why. She is not a great representation of a doctors office. Or, is she because that is how they run?? I take our healthcare and time seriously. away what you will from this review."

"Idk what to rate this place. They rescheduled me for three separate appointments and every time I was rescheduled I was called 45 mins before my allotted appointment time. The girl at the front desk doesn’t seem to care about her job. I was recommended by one doctor a nausea pump would be beneficial than another doctor said it’s all indigestion. I have absolutely no idea what’s going on in my care and it seems like neither do they. No one ever goes over my labs with me, but they keep taking more blood. I am thankful for my knowledge in the medical field otherwise I would be in the emergency room making sure my baby is ok. So if this is normal and the standard of care than this place deserves all 5 stars. However as it stands, I’m honestly not a fan, and wouldn’t recommend."
