"She tried to get my girlfriend to get a c section when she clearly didn’t need one. My girl was in labor 9 centimeters and dr Charles said she needed a c section and I quote “because it’s taking too long” excuse me when is it okay to give a beautiful 20 year old women a c section when neither life is in danger and it’s her first kid. She never listened, never was in office, she never once even helped us or gave us good info. Avoid this obgyn and office like the plague, you will only be dollar signs to them, by the way your customer service desk people suck and need to be re trained on how to talk to a human being. If I could give them negative 5 stars I would. Oh and if you want your appointment to be on time best forget about that because it’ll always be an hour before they get to you. This place is a joke and so are the doctors that work here. This is our first pregnancy and she never gave us advice on how to keep our baby healthy and ignored when we called with concerns. But she will prescribe you some drugs if that’s what you want. Realistically you’re better off having a home birth because they will not help you here."
