"I had a scheduled appointment at 9am and was told to arrive 15 mins early for paperwork since I was a new patient. I arrived at the clinic at 8:53am and was told that my ultrasound appointment was at 8:45am and that I had already crossed the grace window of 10mins so they would need to reschedule. I was not made aware in anyway that my ultrasound was at 8:45am or that I had to arrive earlier than that for the appointment. I had to travel for 1hr to get to the appointment only to be told that I had to reschedule. The receptionist insisted that she communicated it and that it was my mistake for arriving late. It seemed more like a overscheduling issue. Would not recommend."

"Terrible experience with the office staff and one midwife. Had my postpartum visit rescheduled then the provider wasn't available - she had a delivery. Seems like something they would plan for - like have a backup. Instead I drove 30 min each way to a further office than usual to wait 40 min with my newborn and not be seen. I assuage have a lot of PPD symptoms, partly from how I was treated in pregnancy and during the birth - like basically just a body and not a person. I would've rant benefited from some sort and to be seen earlier. Instead I'm rescheduled then blown off. These people are heartless professionals "just doing their job". I'd recommend going somewhere else."

"DON'T GO HERE - AZ Maternity and Women's Clinic and Dr Brar are the most the most inconsiderate of their patients that I have ever experienced. My first appointment I waited for over an hour. I told her nurse that if she was running late that I would be happy to reschedule. She assured me that Dr. Brar was just washing her hands and would be next. So I sat and waited. It was yet another half hour before she came in. She had went to see other patients ahead of me. My second appointment was a telehealth call scheduled for 9:30 am which I login in promptly. I have been waiting for almost 2 hours online and nothing. I called the office after waiting for one hour. The office person said "She is in a meeting and will login when she had time". "Wait," I said, "did she have a meeting scheduled for the same time as my appointment?" "No, the front office attendant acknowledged. She went into her meeting at 10:00 am." What has been going on before then and now after is anyone's guess. Interestingly, the office called me at 8:00 am this morning, and ask me to pay the deductible before my appointment with Dr. Brar. They have a good gig going for collecting money but not providing service. I'll be hunting for a new doctor and new clinic."

"I've been to several other doctors to treat my condition and this office by far is the best. Dr. Brar and her staff are friendly, warm and welcoming. Dr. Brar took the time that no other doctor did to ask about my history and how I felt. She took the time to educate me more about what I'm living with. I will definitely recommend this office to family and friends."

"Dr. Brar was amazing throughout my pregnancy! Every appointment she was in a good mood, her and the office staff always made me feel comfortable . She answered all my questions and was always helpful.She took any concerns I had seriously , I really felt I was in good hands for my delivery. Ive recommended her to several of my friends and family already . My son is now 1 month old and he is doing amazing ♡ Definitely going to Dr. Brar again . Thanks so much !"
