"I had the opportunity to travel with Educational Tours to NYC as a chaperone for my son’s high school theatre group. They were fantastic to work with and accommodated our large group of 94 students and 11 adults beautifully. I was impressed by the activity-packed itinerary and the careful attention to all the details necessary for a large group to experience major sites of the city as well as attend multiple Broadway shows. Perhaps even more impressive was how the company dealt with the unexpected and very short notice cancellation of a connecting return flight, which resulted in our group needing to be split into three subgroups and re-scheduled in order to get everyone home in safe and timely manner. Todd was extremely calm in the face of the chaos this cancelation created. He and his team managed the task of re-scheduling the three subgroups quickly and efficiently while communicating with school staff and chaperones during the process. The Educational Tours team continued to provide information and updates along the way until everyone was home safely. "We just travelled with Todd from educational tours and it was an amazing experience. He was able to get us exclusive benefits that other companies were not able to. On our last day our flight was cancelled. Todd was amazing at figuring out how to get 100 kids home, with an appropriate amount of chaperones per students, in a short amount of time. He and his company were amazing in the situation and the whole tour was incredible. As a parent on the tour I appreciated all of the hard work he put in to making a memorable trip for all of the students."

"This tour company is absolutely amazing. We had a large group of students that had an amazing trip in NYC. Unfortunately Southwest Airlines decided to cancel our flight home the morning of sending our group into a complete spiral. Todd our trip manager was absolutely incredible!! Working with his co workers at educational tours they saved the day!! He got us all booked onto similar flights and advised us along the whole way, we did have a long layover but that was the airlines fault! We also couldn’t have students be out in Denver which by the way was -10 the night we stayed. Or get hotels which would have increased the cost significantly for everyone. Overall the students all had a great and safe time. Thank you Todd and Educational Tours for providing an awesome and safe trip!"

"I recently returned from a tour to New York with Educational Tours. I was part of the planning process with the teachers who organized the trip and worked very closely with Todd and Kathy from the inception of the idea of this trip to the moment we arrived home in Salt Lake as the trip concluded. Todd and his entire staff were with us every step of the way. They found amazing opportunities for the 104 travelers including tickets to three Broadway productions, rooms at a hotel that we requested in the middle of Times Square, tours to the Statue of Liberty, Ellis Island and the 9/11 Memorial. They were physically present at everything - making sure we got from point A to point B. They arranged three breakfasts for our crew, including a private breakfast buffet in the Hard Rock in Times Square. They have been communicative, kind and at no point told us we were crazy for trying to make this trip happen. We asked and they delivered. I think I was the most impressed when they were dealt a huge hurdle in one of our flights being cancelled. They spent HOURS on the phone with Southwest making sure all 104 of us, not only made it home, but did so with adequate chaperone coverage and staying in as much of a group as possible. They were amazing. AMAZING. I would trust Todd and Educational Tours with any group trip I would plan. I can't say enough good things! They are truly the best."
