"I switched to this OBGYN office when I was around 12 weeks pregnant after not feeling comfortable at my original office and it was the best decision I ever made! Every visit with Dr.Studer and NP Marisa Kaiser made me feel so comfortable and so excited to have my baby. They were both incredibly kind to me I never felt rushed which a lot of doctors can do but they always listened to my concerns. I felt heard and educated about what my body and my baby were going through during each trimester, I never had an unpleasant experience I always looked forward to my appointments. You have to get your ultrasounds done at TMC across the street, but if you schedule them in advance you can get it done the same day. I also got to listen to his heartbeat every visit so that eased any anxiety I had. Once I was postpartum I was struggling after a tough delivery and becoming a new mom, again they never rushed me and listened and gave me resources on how to handle this new chapter of my life. I even had an extra appointment scheduled so they can check and make sure I was doing okay and they got me in right away when I had an infection on my C-section incision. I cannot recommend this office enough, I had the best experience while pregnant because of how supported I felt by them!"

At the beginning of my annual wellness appointment I was extremely nervous, and I started crying before the exam even started. Dr. Howell and her medical assistant were patient and understanding of my anxiety, and didn't touch me until I was calm and felt ready. During the internal examination/Pap smear, Dr. Howell was as gentle and as quick as possible, and at my request she narrated what she was doing. I'm so happy about my appointment with Dr. Howell, she was amazing and turned what could have been a triggering experience into a positive one!"

"When I began having abnormal bleeding, I called Banner to ask for an appointment with OBGYN and was given an appointment with a midwife, over three months away. After calling around, I found an appointment here in one week. NP Heather Kinder was very kind and listened, and said the ultrasound was the next step. When I started bleeding heavily a week later, a couple days after my ultrasound, I left a voicemail for NP Kinder asking if my follow-up appointment could be any sooner than two weeks. I received a call from the office the next day asking if I could come in one week for an appointment with one of the doctors, which I gladly accepted. So far, I’m much happier with this OBGYN office than Banner, where I would still be waiting two more months for an initial appointment."

"After 22 years as a patient, I was up charged without any warning / guidance. They charged my one visit as two because I discussed symptoms of menopause, which they claim is beyond preventative care! I spoke to two women asking for an explanation. They would not acknowledge how punishing this is to women. Not to mention the fact that the year before, I had the same discussion with the nurse practitioner about menopause symptoms and was NOT upcharged. These people are garbage in they way they treated my reasonable inquiry, trying to shame me for talking about my body with my provider. My gyno retired a couple years ago from this place in her early 50’s; I can understand why. I will never go back."
