"I have seen Dr Mercado for 7 years for a GYN issue I have been having and she has always been very professional, kind and caring. She also seen 2 of my granddaughter's and delivered their babies. People can complain because of her long wait times in the office. She is an OB Doctor and babies make an appearance whenever THEY want to and I would rather her be at the hospital taking care of a patient there, then in her office seeing someone because they don"t like to wait. If you don't have the patience to wait then Reschedule your appointment. Her amazing office staff will get you in, without a long wait. Her charges against her are just that right now. Everyone is innocent until proven guilty."

"I love Dr.Mercado she’s honestly the best doctor I have ever seen. All these negative comments about her personal life situation are irrelevant bet most of the people don’t even see her and just want to destroy her career. She is the best doctor any one can have. I struggled with infertility for 5 years, I saw almost 7 doctors in Tucson and 5 in Mexico. No one Can give me the answer on why I couldn’t get pregnant. I decided to go with her in august and she found the problem in my second visit and told me she’ll have me pregnant by December and I got pregnant in November. I have so much respect towards her and I appreciate her so so much. She knows I’m a nervous reck she worked with me and made me feel cared for and that’s what we need in this health field. Doctors like her!! She’s honestly the only doctor that treats you with love and care. I have referred many people with her and they all love her and will continue to see her! I will continue to refer people because she is the only OBGYN that makes you feel cared for and you can automatically tell she loves her job. When I started to have contractions at 10pm with my anxiety I couldn’t keep calm so I called her clinic after hours and they had told me to go to labor and delivery. After hanging up less than 5 mins.Dr. Mercado herself called me to see what’s going on. I felt calm and confident I was in the best care I can ever be. Thank you for being such an amazing person !! When I’m ready for baby #2 she will be my doctor !"
