"I love Dr. Weisert and the new front desk staff since moving buildings. I don't know if they hired a whole new team but these ladies are very kind and nothing like the old front desk staff from the old office. Special S/O to Briana, she was super kind and didnt make me feel silly for crying in the lobby when having issues with insurance (thanks hormones). As for the long wait sometimes, it really depends on your appointment time and the Dr.s day. What world do we live where dr.appts are fast? Lol. I've had the best luck being seen fast with early morning appointments. If you want a Dr who listens to you and what you need I highly suggest Weisert."

"Had my first appointment here today, don’t really know why so many terrible reviews… front desk staff was super sweet! The lady helped with everything as I am transferring from another ob. Dr. Wiesert was very nice and a pleasurable person! The whole place is super clean! I got there 20 minutes early filled out my paperwork and was seen just about immediately and out super fast!"

"Only giving 2 stars because Katy is a wonderful nurse. However, my experience with Dr Brainard was horrible. She was very rude and unprofessional, was talking bad about her previous patients to me, and showed absolutely no empathy towards me and the pain I was in during the appointment. I waited over 2 hours for a very rushed and unpleasant appointment, which I had to keep calling over the span of 2 months to even be able to schedule."

"I started coming here after I had my 3rd child. My initial appointment was fine, the typical annual visit. It's been over a year so I'm due for my next visit. I've been calling the office and they never answer. I've called in the morning, middle of the day and towards the end of the day. I've left several messages. The other day I finally get a call back, thinking they were returning my messages. It was a missed call but they left a message saying I had an appointment for Thursday but it needed to be rescheduled. So, I called back and same thing, no answer but I left a message. Then I get a text to confirm my appointment. So I went ahead and confirmed but I called back to see what's going on. Of course, nobody answered and after waiting 5 minutes, it goes to voice-mail. This morning, I get another missed call, again, thinking it's regarding my messages. I listen to my voice mail and it's for ANOTHER PATIENT. They left a message to schedule an appointment for another patient. No one has EVER responded to my messages. I understand that it can be busy, but there's no excuse not to answer the phone during business hours. If you're going to have a voice-mail, you can at least return the message. I saw Dr. Lori and I liked her, but my experience with calling is terrible."

"My wife has been going here for about 3 years These doctors care and are loving. We birthed our first with them and our second is on the way. No one we would trust more than Copperstate We have nothing but great things with them. Are they busy? Yes, but that’s a good thing. And the whole world is busy. But they work diligently! And that’s the indicator of a good business!!!"
