"When she delivered my baby by c section, my baby contracted a lethal spinal/brain infection. I tested positive for the bacteria during pregnancy which is a cause for this lethal infection in babies, but was not given the shot because I was having a c section and that supposedly lowered the risk. My baby was in the NICU for two weeks. After delivery, Dr. Gilaspy did not visit me in the hospital AT ALL despite me seeing her in the hallway doing rounds while I was on my way to the NICU the next day. I have never had any procedure or surgery and not had the surgeon visit me during the hospital stay. My baby was fighting for their life and she did not step foot into my room. I went to the follow up and asked her why she did not visit. She told me and my husband that she had visited but each time we were sleeping. Both of us. Every time. She could've easily visited me that morning, I should've been part of her rounds. I had been woken up by nurses and other doctors visiting me and given blood thinning shots in the night and I will never believe that she entered like a ghost in the night never to be seen. What would be the point? Not only do I believe her negligence led to my child's suffering, but I believe she ducked out of her responsibility to care for me while I was recovering from the surgery she performed, and I believe she lied right to our faces about it. I would not recommend her to my worst enemy."

"I could give a million reasons and share how she neglected my mental health concerns (even though I had to come off adderall and medical cannabis with absolutely no alternative treatment). Or I could share how she assumed bc I came to her late in the pregnancy and bc I was a medical patient that I was some druggy. She told me I had to take a drug test (this is my third kid and I’ve never had to) but I was like “okay, sure.” Didn’t realize the rub I used the before had THC as well (I battle chronic migraine, fibromyalgia, PTSD, ADHD, anxiety and depression). Test came back positive. I was shocked. Told her what happened. She just talked about how I might have UTI too. All of the sudden, I have weekly ultrasounds (no explanation) and I never met with her again. Some other doctor delivered my child. I have had to deal with DCS and she never said a single word about anything to me. I’ve heard she’s told women they can’t get their tubes tied and that women should stop eating when they gain too much baby weight. Please choose a more caring, open-minded, helpful doctor. Leave this snooty-bootied woman to the many clients she neglects already. (Bc that’s the common word I hear about her: she’s negligent.) And even if I was some druggy, why didn’t she walk me through anything? Help with anything? Offer alternative medication? She told me “oh that’s just pregnancy.” But I told you I have multiple mental health and neurological conditions? And chronic pain? On top of pregnancy? I had the worse prenatal depression and suicidal ideation of my life with my last one. I had horrendous nausea the entire time from the extreme anxiety I was having. DO NOT GO TO THIS WOMAN. She is no freaking help. Only saw her two damn times. Lol"

"My doctor is dr Gillaspy she is amazing and caring and understands her patients. I would diffently recommend her too anyone she is amazing. Love the people there and love the place. I would for sure tell people to go here."

"This Doctor is great, but the three woman at the front desk (who you primary deal with 98% of the time) are completely incompetent. I'm a first time mom, I expect the employees of my doctor to understand how billing, FMLA, etc work (rational conclusion, no?). They don't tell me how billing works (in general) because they don't know until my 4th appointment!!! (appointments are 4 weeks apart mind you) Then, I go to hand in my FMLA paperwork, front desk woman tells my I'm not having baby yet so I cannot file, HELLO FMLA, not taking my leave! Then, processes it, and never tells me it's done. I wait 8 weeks until I go in after work (note I've been in this office twice since I turned it in) they say it's been done the day after I turned it in. I've thought about leaving my doctor 3 times due to these ridiculous admins. NEWSFLASH: if your customers deal primarily with the front desk clerks, have them know SOMETHING, and be pleasant to speak with. Rude and knowledgeable. NOT recommended."
