"The staff were very nice but the Dr was not kind at all. He didn’t give me any warning before doing anything to me. He was short with me and did not give me and answers. I’m definitely not going back."

"I recently had a miscarriage. The way they told me was barbaric. I went to the hospital with sever abdominal pain with no bleeding(at this point I didn’t know I was pregnant). Come to find out I’m pregnant! They tell me to follow up with my OB because of the pain. I called Dr. Hookers office for a follow up stating that I was just in the ER, I’m pregnant, and in a lot of pain. My apt was 3 days later. The day before my apt I start spotting, because it was light spotting I didn’t worry. I got to Dr. Hookers office they had me go pee in a cup and sent me back out to the office. My fiancé and I patiently waiting and praying everything would be fine. The nurse took us back to the room and without even closing the door behind her says “there’s no need for you to stay your pregnancy test came back negative” I started balling and asked her how that’s possible I’ve taken a test every day since the hospital and they are all pregnant (obviously distraught and confused) and she rudely replied “do you want to see the test?” No explanation of a miscarriage, NOTHING. I immediately left in hysterics and went straight to the hospital, explained to them what happened and they tested my HCG, after confirming I had a miscarriage I had 4 nurses crying along side with me, comforting, professional, and compassionate. I am now pregnant again and will never return here or trust them with my family."

"I accompanied my wife, who was seen for severe menstrual pain and first ever exam. My wife left in tears... if you have any past trauma skip this place. First of all the staff are absolutely amazing, attentive, and caring. Can't speak highly enough of them. The "Doctor" on the other hand. I will give him this he did the exam quickly. And that all the good I can say.asked my wife 2 questions, jumped to a diagnosis without any testing or even the exam yet. Insulted her for not coming in sooner and proceeded to push birth control as a solution to the pain. The exam itself was rushed, my wife was in a lot of pain during and afterwards and the doctor did not care. I understand he should know what he's doing and I'm sure he does. Which is why I cannot excuse his complete disregard for my wife's discomfort, fear, or physical condition. He did NOT CARE. In a practice where abused women could come into your office at anytime, that's a serious problem."

"Not only does Dr Hooker go above and beyond, but his office staff as well. Dr Hooker is straight to the point, informative, friendly and reliable. He has delivered both my children and I have never felt more comfortable with a doctor than I have with him. All the kudos to Dr Hooker and his amazing staff (Cheridee, Katie, Brittany, Michelle)! Thank you all for all you have done for me!"
