Her medical knowledge is extremely out of date. She has an attitude about answering questions, and demonstrated poor communication with her staff on more than one occasion. No one in the office was aware of the reason for my appointment on either visit. Joy talks most of the time, and is UNABLE TO LISTEN to the patient.
