"The food was really good and fresh. We did have to wait 15mins in the parking lot with several others for more chicken to be made at lunch rush hour. Service was average and is consistent with other Popeyes."

"The two fish sandwiches and the six wings we ordered were over-cooked and hard. We did not try the two chicken sandwiches that we ordered. The food was prepared so badly that we had to throw it in the trash. We were told by the female employee that multiple dipping sauces were placed in the bag, but we were disappointed to learn that no dipping sauce was provided for us. I called the store to complain. I asked to speak to the manager and was informed that the manager was not in the store, and I was speaking to the female who was in charge of the store in the manager's absence. She seemed disinterested in what I had to say. I told her that I was going to provide a poor review of her and the food and she responded, "That is up to you." I then informed her that I would never return to that store, and that I would inform everyone in the surrounding communities of the inedible food and poor customer service attitude from that store. She seemed upset that I would provide a negative review of her and the food. This was easily the worst experience I have ever had at a fast-food establishment!"

"*** Raw Food Warning** These guys mess up your order consistently. I asked for dark meat and they rang up two breasts and two wings. I told the curly haired guy with braces at the window that he rang it up as breasts and wings and it should be legs and thighs. He said that he would fix it, but when he handed me the bag I knew he didn't fix it because he looked at me all shady when he handed it to me. When I got home and opened the box, there were 2 breasts and 2 wings. What a scumbag, lying to my face like that. Also, the chicken was undercooked... Tried to call the restaurant, but no one picked up, and it rang until I got a busy tone. Guess I won't be going back here. Time was 2/18/24 approx 5:50 PM."

"Waited about half an hour for my food when there was maybe four customers in line and two customers in drive-through. Also the cashier took cash, and then turned around and use his bare hands to put the liner in the box and then put tenders on top of that liner. They had probably 10 people working and were so scrambled. Employees were so nice but no organization or food safety training"
