"Absolutely rude, nasty, argumentative , pushy, unprofessional and antagonist agent. She is a horrible person to answer the phone, if I could put zero out of five stars I would. As she says It's a big insurance company, does that mean that you can be pushy and rude to whomever you choose because you are not having a good day? Courtesy implies that you are polite and she wasn't."
