"If I could give service and atmosphere both negative 10, I would. The black female with long hair in her twenties on February 25 Sunday at 300pm was not going to honor my valid coupon and therefore did not give me what the coupon stated. She was in total surprise about my coupon. She was upset, rude and hostile and would not let me show her the coupon again. She stated I was in the wrong from the beginning and I had more than what I needed and that was the end of the matter. The coupon read buy one $6.00 whopper meal and get one free. A pop was included. There was no pop in the take out bag and she acted as if I could not read the coupon which she or they refused to find again. BUT total hostile attitude and very threatening! Do not go to this Burger King as they do not wash their hands either. It needs to be audited. It went in the garbage."
"Dirty. Waited almost 20 minutes in drive thru with only one car in front of me and no one else in line while the employees were mocking someone who had fallen asleep in the store. No apologies for delay. Place was messy AF, cardboard boxes everywhere."
"Craving some BK for the first time in years after a 16 hour workday. Showed up at 8pm to see the entire crew outside smoking by a dumpster with the store closed up and cones blocking the drive through. Classy work."

"To the person that made my whopper this morning. I just want to thank them . My whopper was perfectly made and just how I like it. You know how long it’s been that I’ve gotten a whopper like this. Usually I ask for extra mayo and extra ketchup and they throw a glob of each and over do it and it’s messy and nasty. But let’s just take a min to appreciate a picture of my whopper I got this morning ( 8/24 9:30ish ) lol :)"
