Farmers Insurance - Kristina Tangolics

"Stay away from this agency/agency owner. She has no morals and follows no ethical code. Since she has bought the agency, all the previous staff (that were there for years) quit. I worked for her for 3.5 months, worst job ever, regardless of the good pay she baited me in with. I was not job searching, she sought me out, recruited me from a great company. Lied about everything in the process. She spent years in the car business, and is a typical car business person. She will say anything to close the deal. Clients are great but this lady is something else. Currently dealing with unpaid wages, she's been a non stop nightmare. She will lie about any and everything. Do a quick google search on her, and you can see her trail of lawsuits. She works full time at another job, and has minimal to do with her agency. It was near impossible to get her to give any clients a call back if they requested to speak to her. She now has staff running her agency with no insurance experience, and to my knowledge, no insurance license (unless this has changed in the last week)."

"Avoid this insurance agent at all costs. We were with Farmers for a few years then our office was sold to this agent. You can never get ahold of the actual agent, the office staff is difficult to get a hold of as well and when you do they are incompetent and not helpful at all. Add this to the crazy insurance premiums that Farmers charges there is zero benefit to get insurance here."
