"my car was found after one day after being stolen... it went to a police tow lot. After which it was taken out and claims rep lost it for two weeks. It ended up in scrap lot for TWO weeks instead of going to my designated repair shop. After l found out where my car was and being switched three times to different out of state claims reps it went to a collision center. The repair supervisor said it would probably take a month to repair my car if they do repair it Since the insurance has dragged everything out for probably six weeks l told my agent (who's been worthless) he needs to have my rental car extended until my car is fixed or totaled and l get a check and find a replacement vehicle./l have been with one family agent for 41 years. I have insured over 20 houses and close to two dozen vehicles if not more. This disaster "handling" my claim makes me want to leave Farmers after 40+ years! l asked if l could have an in state claims rep and the agent said they didn't have any in state AZ. AZ is one of of the 11states in US that is a Farmers Insurance Headquarters.... Thanks for all the grief and aggregation!"
