"The place was clean and organized. Security were friendly and helpful. Getting into the venue was not difficult since there are areas where you can sit on the grass or pavement while waiting in line. Unfortunately was not able to try food or drinks. It was a good experience overall."

"i can only speak on the line itself, bag check, ticket entry, and the lawn in front of the stage. most importantly, PLEASE improve on your organization and communication in regards to lining up before events. a staff member at the end of a line would have helped MASSIVELY at the Ugly Sweater (Lovejoy) show on Wednesday 12/13. genuinely no one, not staff or guests, knew where to go. everything else was fine. i had a good time and i saw my favorite band, so overall, it was an awesome time!!!!"

"The security team was beyond kind to myself and my son - This was his first concert he is seven and could not see over the barricade - The security manager made an exception and pulled my son over the barricade and set him up with a spot to sit and view the show. This made his entire night! We did not stay for the entire show. I was expecting him to not be up to the entire set and when that time came that my kid had had enough the security guy walked him down to the edge and I walked over to meet them so my kid did not have to go into the crowd to get out! Y'all made his first concert a good experience and he left happy. Even the cops out front stopped us and talked to my son and gave him stickers and hugs. This is not my first time to this venue but it was the best!"

"This was my first time at the Mesa Amphitheatre! We went to see motionless in white & I was SO IMPRESSED with the set up!! The crowd doesn’t get crammed in even if there’s a ton of people. The sound is fantastic & the vibe is awesome!!"

"The staff was phenomenal and so kind and helpful! I need a wheelchair from time to time due to genetic conditions, and the staff went above abd beyond to help myself and my husband. They got him a chair, and helped others make room for us as we came in and left so they wouldn't crowd my husband and my chair. Wonderful venue and decently prices concessions and yummy nachos!! 10/10 will definitely be back!"
