"Sooo highly disappointed at the Service this Office and Nationwide insurance provides as a whole! Can NEVER get in touch with Michelle nor anyone else in her office. Rates increase because they feel like it. I'd never had accidents however my rate increased twice in two years. Then increased again when I did have a minor bender to an amount so high I had to call them to verify they weren't smoking crack! Needless to say I dropped this insurance like a bad habbit and also had my friend drop his both his renters and car insurance with these people as well. Horrible horrible service! This insurance company is an insult to people who do the right things, a pure shame To feel taken advantage of. So, Michelle called me to express how the above review I left was "a bit extreme". She goes on the tell me what she has done to "help" me. Asked me to remember when she "filled my fridge" when I needed food, and how "helpful" she'd been when I "could not pay" my insurance. She is VERY comical to say the least. This should tell everyone to steer clear away from such people/ businesses. Anyone who would through what they have done for you in your face is a selfish person wheather it was true or not. Michelle Riachi has proven how selfish and full of herself she is! Making selfish decisions and masking it as "helping" someone out. Michelle, just because you called me, upset about my review you have not intimidated me by any means not to show poeple the real you. You should be worried about why am I your ONLY review!"
