Reviews
"Well preserved historic museum. Museum has picnic spot and ample parking area. The museum is spread across outside and inside the visitor center. One must walk around to witness the old equipments used during old mining days. Highly recommend while one is around apache junction."
"We hiked part of this mountain. The trails of praying Hands and Slot Rock They are verily easy and short. We enjoyed both of them! Pack lots of snacks for protein, sunscreen, lip protector and water! There are many trails within trails and can get you easily turned around. I recommend a compass too!"
"I great place to visit even if you’re local. There’s lots to see and learn. The scenery is beautiful. There are places to sit and eat. Friendly staff."
"The Museum was awesome, full of rich history on the Lost Dutchman and the Superstition Mountains. Didn't get to see the rest of the park and plan to go back soon. This is a must visit place if in the Apache Junction area."
"Great fun for the whole family! Lots of signs to watch out for snakes so maybe wear boots. I didn’t see any snakes but it is wise to stay on the paths and not wander off."
