"Beautiful today."
"This exhibit too was my second favorite. It was very informative and the trail starts with an overview of all the regions in a desert: mesquite, chaparral, etc. Then, it takes you through examples of each of those regions with signs further breaking it down. Also, it connects those regions to how Indians used those regions to survive. Along the loop, I saw Indian huts and kitchens- pretty sure they were replicas... and the cool thing is you can go in and stand inside them. I caught my breath at the desert oasis which was midway along the way, and it was a small pond, but it was tranquil and a calming place to rest from all the walking."
