"The death of my father was extremely hard on me. I am so grateful that he had his arrangements already in place. I remember when he decided to join the Neptune Society, he was worried about being able to hear them. They made it so easy for my Dad, by coming out to our place and making his arrangements. They were mindful of his hearing problems, and handled the situation with respect and compassion. When he passed everything was a blur. They took care of everything. I only had to go and pick up his ashes. They were compassionate and so respectful. I felt at ease. My daughter was with me and she also said the same thing. "My husband and I belong to the Neptune Society. They were in contact with us periodically to see if we had questions or other issues When my husband died last October, they got the call from hospice and were at our home to move him to another place. Being a First Responder, he was taken out covered by the American flag and a single rose on his chest. It was a lovely way to say goodbye to him. Neptune Society is a very caring place and when it is my time to join my husband, they will be called again."
