You raised it from 100 points to 150 to 165. I’m done with you, you don’t wanna give me a simple little thing like rewards that you gave me for years,, I don’t need to shop at your store there are other places I can go!!!"

"I walked in no one greeted me. After I found what I needed and seeing It was underneath a lot of heavy items. I was struggling to hold on to my dogs and get what I needed. There was an employee that saw me struggling but didnt offer any help. Once I made my way to the register, the cashier just stared at me didnt offer any help since I had my two dogs and this one big item in hand. Once I got to the register he did not greet me or talk to me. Just an overall bad experience. Gave them 1 star since they had what I needed in stock. If it wasnt for that Id give 0 stars if possible. Very dissapointed."

"This is our family's Go-To for our pet's needs. Petco carries a great variety of quality products other places do not carry. This is the only place we get our dog's food since we prefer high end, high quality meals for them. We also appreciate the rewards benefits they offer like the 10th bag of food is free. This particular location is our favorite to go to... it's maintained very well, they offer grooming and the employees are SUPER nice and helpful."
