"Awful! Please if you're looking for a reliable insurance company DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I have been sitting without a kitchen or living room Since JUNE! I have been low balled by this company and i have been handed off multiple times only to never received email or call responses! Please if you spend your hard earned money on homeowners insurance look elsewhere! They clearly do not care about their customers! Terrible!"

"Got a notification my insurance was canceled for Lack of payment, turns out they credited my check to the wrong account, if they can’t take my money I have doubts they could ever settle a claim"

"I called and filed my claim on October 31st. I can never get ahold of my adjuster or their supervisor. I can't get responses from texts, emails, or phone calls. The only way I'm ever able to get ahold of anyone is if I call the main customer service line and have them put me on a call with who I'm attempting to speak with. I still haven't received my personal claim. Have yet to get the money to pay the restoration company. I'm still missing items. This whole process has been awful with travelers. My claim was closed without being completed. I didn't find out until I tried calling my adjuster and was met with a "this phone line is no longer in service". I wasn't even contacted and told she no longer worked their. I had to call and ask what happened and they reassigned me to a new adjuster. Now this guy is out of the office for another week and I still haven't made any progress on this. This has been awful."
