"Allstate charged me a late fee even after I signed up for Auto-Pay and it had a card on file. After I signed up for Auto-Pay, I noticed the system did not charge my card in time. I tried calling about the issue and someone assured me that my payment was not "late" and that it was a system mistake. I was still charged. Also, I pay for renter's insurance but I've received multiple telemarketing calls from their office trying to sell me car insurance and it's been a waste of my time. Overall I have been unhappy with this service and will switch to another insurance provider soon."
