"Great park! 27 holes of disc golf. Nice grass lawn and baseball diamond. Clean bathroom"
"My friend Jake invited me to join him for an outing at Buffalo Ridge. 27 holes thru the desert scruff kept us entertained as we listened carefully to the cries of a few lost disks. Many chances for a good throw to land wrong and get legs but really that is part of the fun. Set aside a lot of time if you are going to play the whole thing. We had to bail at 22. Don’t forget the sunscreen and hat."
"Excellent layout with uphill holes providing challenge for big arms! Do all 27 holes!"
"This has a great little park attached to it! It's perfect for smaller kids, because it has a small playground and a large one. It does have bathrooms and a covered picnic table area. The Disc Golf Course backs up to the mountain, I've heard good things but never actually played. We just come for the park!"
"I like this park. It's open until 11:00 p.m. and they keep the lights on in the parking lot and in the playground. If there's a soccer game or a baseball game the field lights are on for those specific fields, too. I think the basketball courts have got lights, but I'm not sure because they weren't on when I was there. They usually have lights, though, in other Phoenix parks. You just have to smack the button on the light post for them to turn on. No creepy people hanging out around here because it's not really next to any stores or freeways to panhandle easily from. Personally, I like how clean the restrooms are and how well-kept the playground and picnic tables are. They do a really good job at this park. The few times I've come by at night, I've always seen a Phoenix Park vehicle doing the rounds—far past the time it gets dark."
