"It started off pretty good until they didn’t do what they said and caused me to do everything and run through loops to fix my policy. I requested with them to update a policy and was informed that they would reach out to make sure payments were stopped etc. Come to find out neither was done and left me doing everything at the last min and fixing and still fixing what they said they “did”. I also received a follow up email from Ramon but it felt more like an automated type of thing because I emailed back asking for updates on my requests above and not a single reply. Very disappointed, do not recommend."
