"I had great service for the first couple of months after switching over. Then after my sixth month mark hits and my insurance rate is hiked up for 20 bucks a month. No phone call, email, text. I call the office and they tell me, " Oh it went up across the board, nothing we can do." I spent the day and found Progressive could save me a lot less. I cancelled today. Edit. I received a call from the office the next day asking if I had left a review. I said yes I did. The lady asked if I knew who I spoke with and I said no it was some kid, and I was surprised to only get a call after a review was left. She explained they sent out a notice that I have yet to receive about the rate increase, and she hopes that my new company will keep my prices low. I think 3 stars was fair after all I had sent at least 10 different people new people their way for quotes for new service. Like I said it was great when it started and it didn’t end on a good note my last insurance had the respect to contact me and let me know about my rate increase they got a 5 star review."

"We have a combined condominium/auto policy with State Farm. Overall they are excellent! We had a sewer backup/flood in our unit 9/4/22. It basically destroyed the lower walls in the bathroom and hallway, and closet, plus the laminate flooring in the bedroom. Brandalyn Marshall helped us in so many ways. First, she found us a pet-friendly hotel to stay while the repairs were done. Then she made sure the various contractor bids were received and responded to in a timely manner. She answered dozens of my emails and calls related to our special needs. She was always kind, caring, and efficient. I have a Master’s Degree in Management but am elderly and retired now.
