CVS Pharmacy 2809 South Sossaman Road, Mesa, AZ 85212

"I used to use this pharmacy because it was a short walk from my house, but had to transfer pharmacies for 2 main reasons: 1. The hours that a pharmacist is actually there are completely random and unpredictable. Seriously. I hope they’ve fixed that, because that is bonkers. 2. They rarely ever have the medication prescribed by my doctor. Literally every other pharmacy within a 5 mile radius has them, but not this location. I really the pharmacists and the staff, most are great! They just need to get on top of their supply chain. Whoever manages this pharmacy either does a terrible job or they don’t actually have anyone managing it. Save yourself the trouble and just choose a different pharmacy."

"Just picked up Rx - asked a question and got a very terse smart aleck answer. This person should not be in a customer facing role. Very disappointing."

"Both times I have used the pharmacy and have asked them to try my prescription discount cards to see if I could get a discount, they made me feel like I was annoying them. This is a service offered by CVS Pharmacy to it's customers and the pharmacy team acts very annoyed to do their job. I asked very nicely and both times the man behind the counter grudgingly searched for a discount, never smiling nor displaying a hint of kindness. It's really off-putting and makes me not want to use them at all. They need to train their Pharmacy staff on what customer service means."

"I do not know who is in charge of the staffing for the pharmacy but having one person run the front and the drive thru is ridiculous! I've even seen this on the weekends. Literally have been waiting in the drive thru for 30 min before someone came to the window and there was only 1 car in front of me because one if them left. Then I couldn't get my daughter's meds because it needed a preauthorizatuon which they did not notify me. WASTE IF MY TIME!!! WORST PHARMACY EVER"

"I’m sick. Had to call ahead to find out if my prescriptions called in YESTERDAY were ready, because I haven’t received a text or email. The guy says sorry we are behind how soon do you need these? I needed them YESTERDAY. Okay I can move you to the top. As soon as I get the text they are ready, I click the link and prepay. Get my email confirmation. Send my husband to pick them up. They literally fight and argue with my husband, manager included, and make him pay AGAIN because apparently pre-paying does nothing. Skip this CVS and possibly CVS all together. This is my last time using them."
