"Came in ten minutes before close because I needed an antibiotic. I had never gotten medications here before so they had to develop a profile to fill the medication. I was totally prepared to not be able to get the meds until the next day but they got them ready for me. Thanks guys for your dedication."

"Before Covid this used to be a great pharmacy. The last two years it has slipped so badly after today I won’t have any further prescriptions filled here. Waited a week for a Metformin prescription, finally called them and they said it will be ready in 15 minutes. I get a ride to there, almost an hour later and after waiting in line, it will be ready in 20 minutes! I had to leave because I can’t keep the person who drove me waiting around for another 20 minutes. Will have to come back tomorrow and wait through the line again. Terrible service"

"One of the worst Fry's stores in the entire Valley. I asked for help with my current Fry's Vip cards. I could not get the app to scan the specials to get the discount price. When I showed them the problem, all I got was a blank stare, and " I can't do anything about that" even customer service was useless. This is one of the many reasons I really don't like shopping at Fry's. There are lots of other grocery stores that are willing to provide great customer service. Obviously Fry's could care less. To make things worse, I asked if they could give me the sale price, I even took a picture of it for them. No I can't help you, was the response. So when I asked who could, he said maybe someone at customer service could. Annnnnnnmn, wrong no help either. I guess I just need to go somewhere that cares about serving the customer. Don't bother with Fry's."

"Went around 6 pm. Large store. First time in store. Not very busy. They had one thing I wanted but unpriced and no one in the area. With the shortage of staff it is difficult to function at this and other locations. Still can't understand items missing pricetags. Fry's used to offer two choices in an item and dropped the name brand. Had to also go to Stapley and not only had but on sale."

"One of the most disorganised Pharmacy locations I’ve ever dealt with. Every time I’ve tried to pick up my prescription over the last 3 months there is a problem. The first time I went in to pickup my script and they told me they couldn’t find it in the system. I had to step aside while they figured it out since I was certain that my dr had sent the script to that pharmacy. After 20 min they found it. The second time when I called to fill a prescription that my dr had sent in for me, they told me that there wasn’t anything there for me. I explained the issues from the previous month when the had issues finding it and still they assured me that there was NO prescription in my name. Long story short, it led to a miscommunication with my dr office which ended up making me go 2 weeks without meds while I waited for an appointment to get a new prescription. Only for me to go to the dr and find out I already had 2 more months of prescriptions at the pharmacy. When I went back to the pharmacy after going to my dr. they suddenly found the prescription. The third time, I called multiple times and couldn’t get anyone to answer. At one point someone picked up the phone and hung it up. I called again and again and eventually just left a message for the Pharmacists with my information and stating I was planning to pick up my prescription that day. I ended up getting tied up with some things so I didn’t go to pick it up for 2 more days. When I tried to pick it up, they tell me it will be at least 2 hours before it is ready.I had called it in 2 days prior! Because it was already late in the evening and I moved far from this location recently, I wasn’t able to come back 2 hours later. So I had to go without my medication the next day since I had ran out. This pharmacy has some serious issues. I hope that this doesn’t reflect how the other Fry’s pharmacies operate. I will not be returning to this location. They need to get it together or hire a more competent staff."
