"BEWARE My initial experience with this supplier was positive, our first 3 orders were produced on time and good quality. But then things started to go down hill. For the last 6 months it has been very hard to get hold of anybody on the phone. Most of the staff we were dealing with have been let go. Finally one of the ladies we had been dealing with in customer service told us (in tears) that the company was in financial difficulty. We placed an order 6 months ago and haven't received a single update on it - it is now 4 months late, with no sign of ever receiving the product. I have asked twice for our deposit of $1600 to be refunded, but no reply. I've been forced to lodge a Complaint with the BBB to try to get our $1600 back. Based on my experience I strongly recommend against doing business with this company. I now wish I had heeded all the negative reviews on the web. For anyone reading this, just goto the BBB Website and you will see they have "Unanswered Complaints", so you can judge the risk yourself - will you get an reply if you ever need to raise a complaint with them?"

"Very pleasant people there, but not customer oriented at all. Quotes are great. Quotation process is fast and efficient. They are very efficient at asking for money as well. Time to complete orders is extremely bad. Customer service also very bad. Average production time for first time orders is 18 weeks. If you are submitting an order request a hard deadline."

"Worst company to do business with if you want your product done on time. I was quoted 10 weeks till my product was done and it has taken them over 6 months. I am asking for an adjustment in the final price because of how long everything is taking and the owner Lisa will not return emails or phone calls. Started this project in May and it is now November and I still don't have my product. Very unprofessional business and business owner."

"I have a worked with this company for a fare amount of time. I have given them multiple chances to get it right. They simply do not deliver product on time, do not care, they are constantly turning over employees, and their customer service is atrocious! By contract they have to complete our order by 12 weeks.They have now pushed our order delivery past 12 weeks again because they have had "cash flow issues". This information came directly from an employee who was explaining why our product was delayed. This has now caused us to back order product to our clients and is creating additional expense for us to compensate for the future shipping costs of these back orders. I have emailed the owner and multiple highers ups. As of right now, they have not contacted me. I wish they were a better company. This is the last time i will ever do business with them."
