"Horrible. Nothing but excuses and “uh, well, uh, I, uh,” and nothing coming from it. They were closed cuz their air was out and I left a voicemail on Thursday detailing that I needed my pills delivered on Friday or I would be out of pills for Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. I got calls while I was at work to confirm my refills being delivered but because I was unable to answer my phone at work, my pills were not sent out and I was without my pills for 4 days. I wish I didn’t have a life altering illness so that I didn’t have to deal with these people and this broken system. It seems this pharmacy changes names and branding like crazy, maybe to distance themselves from past bad service they’ve given out. Either way, I really hate being shackled to subpar healthcare."

"Been here twice to pick up prescriptions never had an issue meds were ready in under 15 min , the phone does go to voicemail when you call but they call back within a few hrs."

"They told me my medicine will be ready to pick up, when i arrive, nobody knew anything about it, left and comebacks the other day, they say they didn't have the medicine and have to comeback again, i did 3 trips from Glendale to downtown phx, worst Company ever"

"Extremely slow service!!!! You can never reach anyone by phone so your forced to come inside and wait in long lines. Several employees in back but only 1 is dealing with prescription issues. This is ridiculous. People are sick and need there medicines. Do better!"

"Prescription refill was done at 830am and was told 1 hour. Came back 4 hrs later and still not ready. Had to wait another 40 minutes."
