Walmart Pharmacy

"I tried picking up from the pharmacy and let the person know what I was picking up, the name and DOB. It may have been under two different names, so I explained three times what I was picking up and clearly gave the name and DOB for both. I was told they didn’t have it. Got home, told my wife and she had me listen to the recording Walmart left for her. We called the pharmacy and the person on the phone, different person than I talked I person confirmed our stuff was there without any issue. What a waste of time to have to go to Walmart twice. You think when you tell somebody what you are picking up and the information they ask for, you would get your product. I received an apology and excuses when we went back. If you can’t trust the pharmacy, who can you trust!?!?!? This is not the first time for total mis communication at that location, so better for me not to go back."

"I'm not sure about today's pharmacists. Brian strategically stacked a file box and tissues in front of him allowing him to hide/ignore from customers. After waiting 10 minutes the other staff went to talk to him letting him know I was impatiently waiting-- he said a few words to them and continued to hide. I was unable to speak with pharmacist about new medication for my son. He was too busy."

"Always a pleasant experience here they're very quick and have my prescriptions ready long before I get done shopping throughout the store. Even this one time when they didn't have a rare medication in stock the gal was nice enough to find the nearest walmart that had it. And the pharmacists do a great job answering my questions! :)"

"Dropped off prescriptions and was walking away from the counter at 6:09. Was told 30 minutes. Came back at 6:49 (40 minutes). Mine was ready, daughter's wasn't. They were dropped off at the same time. Was told, unapologetically to wait ten more minutes. It's 7:08 and I'm still sitting here waiting...... in one minute, it'll be an hour........thank you Wal-Mart pharmacy for your contribution to the joke that is the US Heath Care Industry. Sorry it takes so long to count 6 pills and grab an inhaler! Never coming back. An update.....as I got home from this horrible wait my phone rang. The pharmacy sent me home with unmixed medicine for my 6-year-old and they needed me to bring it back.....Seriously?! You gave me inappropriate medicine for my 6 year old and now I have to take her an my sick selves back in the car to fix your potentially very dangerous mistake. Can I give negative stars?!?!"
