He often has the discount figured in and the order ready to go in a flash. It’s hard to find that kind of service anywhere else. Thank you Bruce and the whole Fry’s Team."

"Today, i received my second COVID-19 vaccine. My experience at 67th Ave and Bell Rd specifically was SO pleasant, and it went as quickly and as smooth as anyone could hope for! Every employee in the pharmacy that i came into contact with was so polite, and the process of getting the vaccine was very quick and efficient. I’d like to give extra kudos to Carolynn (i hope i spelled her name right) the pharmacist who gave me my vaccine. She was incredibly sweet and informative and made me feel comfortable during the whole shot process (i have a lot of tattoos but i am a huge baby when it comes to needles). I’ve worked retail pharmacy before and I know how heavy the workload can be and how hard it is to keep your head above water and still try to give good customer service.. and let me tell you, the staff at this store is amazing! It was definitely one of the better pharmacies that i have been to, they are all excellent and should be reminded that and praised for all of their hard work. So, with all of that, thank you for all that you do, and stay strong!"

"HORRIBLE. They were “out of stock” of my sons prescription, even though the doctor sent us there... Bruce “manager” hung up the phone on me when I asked for help. When I talked to his boss, he told me they were over 100 prescriptions behind at 7:00pm and then eventually sent us to a pharmacy over 10 miles away. When I finally arrived at the other Frys pharmacy, they were kind, very helpful and understanding of a worried mother. I would recommend any other pharmacy."

"Why would you give this place a good review? Because their prices are low and the food is good and fresh? Every Fry's has that. Josh and Michelle suck not only their prejudice but they stereotype people they said it in person to me. they ended up doing what I wanted them to do but only because it was a Western Union transaction and they had no control over it I'm sure if they did they wouldn't even get my money"
