"Service and food are great this is the second visit in as many months and my only complaint is that it isn't a staff lounge. They have been here both times and are polite but seating is limited so it should be left for patrons. This isn't a staff issue but a management issue. They should have a place to go for a break."

"Is this tiny place an employee lounge, too? We flew all night from Hawaii to Sky Harbor and had to pay to enter this lounge because they do not recognize my Priority Pass membership. Imagine how happy I was to have to walk around kitchen employees who were helping themselves to breakfast. I was astounded— first, because this is not strictly a customer lounge, and second because in restaurants, employees (who are working, by the way, not dining on the clock) are deferential to customers. Not these people. Not one of these people has greeted my husband or me, and now we’ve been in here an hour and a half. Odd, right? There’s so much more wrong with this place. The floors are sticky, sticky, sticky. The soles of everyone’s shoes are now sticky. It’s the smallest lounge I’ve been in, and only a few chairs are comfortable. There’s no way to get the value out of the cost of the pass unless you drink alcohol. The mixed fruit is probably two weeks old. Tastes like it’s pickled. Yuck. Stick with yogurt, cottage cheese, and bagels or toast.. The rest of the food is not worth eating, except the fried potatoes, and the employees had already eaten most of them. (The lounge had only been open about a half hour before we arrived, and there were only two other customers here, so who else could have eaten them?) What else is there to say, except that I am so sorry that I was taken in by the friendly guy at the desk who “highly” recommended that we purchase a pass? Oh— where else can you get a fortune cookie with your fried potatoes and cottage cheese? — After writing this, I had a conversation with the compassionate young lady tending bar as we watched the body of a special ops soldier being brought home. She wept. It was a tough and touching thing to witness. Then she gamely went back to doing her job. I give her five stars."

"This is a fairly nice airport lounge. It was quite crowded during our visit. Staff were friendly ( especially Willie). Service was pretty good, with a good assortment of small sandwiches, salads, and soups. The lounge has non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks. There was only one bathroom for both men and women. It was pretty clean. Overall, we had a very good experience."

"Absolutely amazing, used my Amex platinum to access. Amazing top notch food selection. I went there an hour before closing as I had a late night flight, and they still have FULL selection of foods and drinks. Absolutely amazing. The bartender was delightful, she makes the best cocktails. Very clean and well kept. The bathrooms are super clean. Very very very highly recommend."
