Fry's Pharmacy 8375 West Deer Valley Road, Peoria, AZ 85382

"First I just want to say Darcy is amazing, she is so sweet and helpful. The reasons for the 1 star is a certain pharmacist. Unfortunately I dont know her name. First if you try and fill any narcotics, she acts like youre a junkie as if the doctor didnt write your meds. I filled a script for 5 pain pills after a procedure and checked on them 5 hrs later while I was at the store shopping. She got an attitude and said "I told you it would be later" and then claimed they werent ready and it would be later because they are in a time delayed safe. I know the time delayed safe is not 5 hrs. Another time about a month or so ago she decided she didnt want to fill my meds for some reason and lied to me as to why "she couldnt". Insurance was giving me issues so I asked to cash pay. First she said I cant cash pay because "my insurance wont allow it" which was bologna, because I have cash paid⁹ before. So then insurance called her and she told them "it was AZ state law", which was also not true. My doctor had me fill at a different pharmacy, I did, and they helped me with no issues at all and filled it within an hour or so. Frys always takes several hours to fill no matter what. I personally hate this pharmacy and I highly recommend going elsewhere"

"Go elsewhere. Been calling for the last month to verify prescriptions, told they didn't have any. Finally called the doc to figure out why nothing's going for a month. Fry's pharmacy had it for the whole month. We called the pharmacist and called her out on it. She just laughed at us. Laughed cuz she just gaslit us for a.month at the cost of a child's prescriptions. Go anywhere else."

"I have used this pharmacy for almost 20 years... they have unequivocally been absolutely wonderful, helpful and friendly. Just this week the pharmacist caught a mistake in a prescription and with her effort it was corrected - possibly saving my husband from some bad side effects."

"I don't know why it takes them DAYS to fill a prescription, but it happens all the time. It's not a new or an occasional problem. The pharmacist I spoke to on the phone just laughed at me when I said I'd been out of my medications for days waiting for them to fill it and I asked when I could pick them up. She said I had to give her more time because the pharmacist has to "review it." I'd go to another pharmacy, but Frys is the only place that carries a particular brand of medication that works for me. I already transferred my parents to Walgreens because I got sick of dealing with Frys for their prescriptions. I'm stuck going here, but it's extremely frustrating to run out of my medications every time I need them even though I submit refills a week in advance. Looking at the reviews, I see I'm not the only one dealing with this."
