"This pharmacy doesn't deserve any stars. Past reviews are more then accurate! I started using this pharmacy in Oct. last year because medication was cheaper there. I also use Good rx, not my insurance because it costs less. This was my fourth refill. On my second and third refills they called and told me my insurance wouldn't cover it. I should have known nothing good was going to come of this, especially after reading all the reviews. First of all, I never gave them my insurance information and told them my record should say Good rx, at which time they would say, "oh yah I see it." Today was my fourth refill. Good rx was $17. When I pulled up to get my prescription cost was not brought up, so I figured they finally got it right, as I said earlier they don't have my insurance info and Good rx was on my record to use. I paid by credit card and didn't look at the receipt until I got home only to find I was billed $25. I called to find out why....and was put on hold four times, each time the call would ring back 30x and then hang up on me. On the third and fourth calls I tried to stop them from putting me on hold but they did it anyway. I finally spoke to someone on the fifth call only to find out that they used my insurance by looking me up in some big data base they have access to and that my record said I use "Single Care" to pay for my prescriptions, which I don't even know what that is, and that Good rx wasn't listed on my record. Why didn't they use Single Care? She didn't know and obviously I was lied to on previous calls when they said Good rx was on my record. Go somewhere else! Pay more! This pharmacy isn't worth the headache, being put on hold and then hung up on multiple times, unprofessional behavior lying to customers and who gives them the right to look up your insurance and bill you as they please. "Tempted to take all prescriptions elsewhere. Multiple times we have been told they are short staffed, and our prescription will be ready in an hour or two. Needless to say, they don't care. They are still short staffed and it happens over and over"
"Always very long waits for medication. I called in a refill 2 days early so that I could get it in a timely manner. Day 1 not ready, no problem. Day 2 was told by pharmacy staff medication would be ready that day-not ready and pharmacy closed. This happens every single time I have a refill. Why?"
"Great staff, convenient location, but sometimes it does take a little bit longer than I would prefer to get prescriptions refilled. But they're willing to work with me."
"Line is absurd. Pharmacy is extremely sub par to be kind. Usually an hour to two hours just to wait in line and pick up normal prescriptions (non-controlled/maintenance meds/etc) even after it’s been already been prepared and ready for checkout. Their drive through is generally closed (about 80% of the time). The Pharmacists are over worked and their isn’t ever enough help to keep them moving at a reasonable pace. DO NOT come here if you need immediate medicine (like an antibiotic as they cannot fill it in a timely manner.) Come here for maintenance medicine, but be prepared to wait, come with a positive attitude, and pray that Fry’s acknowledges their shortcomings at a district/company level and hire more staff to provide even adequate service. Staff is usually friendly given the situation they’re put in; but always rushed which sometimes leaves no time for consults or medical questions even when necessary."
