"Came to the theater to watch the flash and upon arrival about 10mins after the start of the showing the owner denied and showed unprofessional conduct and emphasized we had missed the first 10mins of the movie. Most movies have 10-15mins of trailers before the beginning of the showing. Will not be coming here again."
