"Came in with a shattered phone screen and no access to anything on my phone & Kyle went out of his way to help me get back in service! He was very knowledgeable and excited about the phones he sold. He told me about an awesome upgrade option & I ended up getting $1,000 for my old phone, even with the cracked screen! Kyle is super friendly, helped lighten the mood with jokes & most of all, got me back in service with a shiny new phone! "Man, I have never experienced the level of customer service that I received from Kyle and Kailyn. Like most, I hate phone issues and getting a new phone. When I went in there Kyle walked me through step by step and was extremely patient with me. He got me a phone case and screen protector with my phone as well! I will definitely be back soon!"

She was supposed to call me to update me on what was going on. She didn't call me for 3 days. And then when I got there and I said well. Why didn't you call me? She says just have a seat or you can go somewhere else. This store has nothing but rude employees."
