At Cowtown I felt comfortable to ask questions and have them answered with well informed staff. The members I have encountered are very welcoming and enjoyable to chat with. This range offers more than just exceptional ranges but exceptional staff and members. I cannot be more excited to spend my time here!"

"The facilities and operation are top notch and more than worthy of 5 stars in itself. However, this review is specifically related to the GPS Defense Sniper School… Not only are the instructors excellent at what they do, they teach in a way conforms to each individual’s abilities and goals. Having little to no experience with bolt guns or long range shooting in general, I came away from Sniper 1/2 with the knowledge and skill set required to be a proficient marksman. Additionally, I learned the importance of spotting and the team element of long range shooting. One of the best shooting courses I have taken to date, certainly the most enjoyable."

"I LOVE this place! I hate indoor ranges with all the morons who show up there, which causes range masters to be extra cautious and less fun for me. This place is perfect for 3 reasons: #1- they have private outdoor bays with hesco rock barriers separating the bays-you are safe. You can move, shoot paper or steel and can reserve one hour or more. #2- they have long range shooting bays. It’s steel targets that are out to about 1,000. Each bay has a platform to shoot from that is covered and provides shade. They all have shooting benches and chairs to shoot from too. There is also scattered obstacles to shoot from to spice things up a bit too. #3- the price is right. Less than $500 for unlimited use throughout the year. I sometimes have to pay to bring a friend or two, but I know I will have the lanes I reserved every time I come. The staff is awesome and helpful…and they leave you alone! This place is a shooters dream and I love coming here"

"Would an absolutely fantastic facility. The staff is amazing and helpful. We took the defensive sniper course and what a day it was. By the end of it everyone in our group was able to hit the target at 1,080 yards. Truly amazing."
