We had become very spoiled w Genoa Healthcare's Chandler location in filling the many scripts for our medically-challenged family member before moving to Cochise County. One of the things we were concerned about when we moved was finding another pharmacy that would somehow come close to the Chandler Genoa customer service we had become accustomed to. To our surprise, there was a Genoa in Douglas. Even more to our surprise, the level of customer service was even better, if that was possible. Her name rhymes with Michelle. She always has the answers I need.
