"Horrible experience last week. Had CVS Target sell me the wrong heart meds. Wouldn’t take them back. Had to pay cash. Note in wrong meds said to notify physician. I asked to speak to pharmacist and when went to get correct meds they had returned them. Went to CVS store to discover I had two accounts. Real one hidden. I’ve been a victim of identity theft and hacking. Refused to pay ransom. This was deliberate. My hackers just hacked my CVS account and refilled meds that could cause allergic reaction or heart disease. I’ve done more research and realize the cyber hackers known as BlackCat has cyber attacked AZ Pharmacies CVS and Walgreen’s now. They’ve been hacking USA since 2021 when I was contacted for ransom and refused to pay. I’m not alone. There’s been thousands of us. What I want to know is are those 3 techs in CVS Target working for the pharmacy? Or the hackers? Watch out Sierra Vista Seniors. My cyber hackers claim to be using AARP consumers as targets and they’re ransoming our medical and meds now! Don’t pay ransom. Contact the FBI. And CVS please start listening to your customers. Before you inadvertently kill someone. I knew the meds sold for cash were not right. Needed my correct meds and had to go to store to get them. Now, both hubby and I are changing pharmacies. I’ve been telling everyone since 2021 (just like the News have warned us) that cyber hacking are holding my medical and personal files for ransom I won’t pay. My hackers are trying to set me up for a wrongful death lawsuit. They have all my journals, songs, poems and short stories hoping they’ll be worth more once I’m dead. Since I won’t pay ransom to my own siblings they’ve set me up with 2 friends who are spreading lies and deceit to ensure no one will listen to me. Seniors, we are targets for ransomware. Contact FBI if you are hacked, too. Let’s get these people out of Arizona. If we don’t pay, and contact FBI with any info they give you, we’ll get them arrested. This is identity theft with medical records manipulated to cause chaos in USA. CBS News linked it to Russian BlackCat Ransomware. Be careful. And CVS, I am sorry they hacked you. Maybe if you listened to your clients instead of the hackers gossip you would have been able to prevent your pharmacy from being hacked too. Now Walgreens appears hacked too this last week. Same scenario. First they say their is a problem with insurance. Then contact primary physician. Then they cannot get the insurance to pay. We called our insurance and we have coverage. They’ve been hacked and so have we! Be careful. Make certain you’re getting the correct meds and paying the right amount. If CVS Target still won’t listen, got to CVS Store on Fry."
"30 minute wait for vaccine. Zero place to sit down and wait. Will not call you or page you when it's your turn!"
"I scheduled a vaccine on the CVS website. I have done this before very successfully. When I arrived at the CVS location, there was a small handwritten sign "current pharmacy hours are 3 pm to 6 pm." My vaccine appointment was scheduled for 11 am. Very frustrating."
"The staff is sorely undertrained. I'm either repeating myself over and over, or telling them how to do their job. They put absolutely no effort into helping the customer. It's an always oh well type of attitude. That is why I moved my prescriptions elsewhere. Only had to come here for this one due to needing a certain drug. It took three calls to get things done properly. Even then, I'm still not sure I received the right pricing. They just don't care. The customers needs are never met without fighting for it."
"If there was a 0 star, I would have selected it. My wife called in and spoke to a real person not an automated attendant. The real person said that her prescription would be ready at 1pm June 14th 2022. The sign at the Pharmacy advised, due to severe staffing issues the hours of operation have changed and would be closed for lunch from 1:30 - 2:00 pm. My wife and I waited till they re-opened at 2:00 pm. after watching a team of 6 people march into the Pharmacy we were told the prescription was not ready and that we would have to come back. See the problem here is that customer service is non existent, knowing we live 45 miles away and that we've been waiting for them to open and we were told the prescription would be ready by a real person, nobody there even the Pharmacist gives a damn or is even remotely considerate of your time. Its all about their time and their agendas. Sad to say the prescription was just a box and all they had to do is put a label on it, but that was just asking to much of that 6 person team."
