"I had the best experience I've ever had at a pharmacy. The pharmacist at issues with getting the right quantity and was out of stock. She called around to all the other pharmacies and no one had it. She was able to find the right doses. Save this hours of trying to find it. She was the best. Just like to add that it was really busy when we were there and she took the time to get things done right."

"I appreciate how quickly I was able to get my prescription and the staff at the pharmacy seem very good at what they do however I would not go back to this location. The store and parking lot are crazy which is totally typical for a Fry's but there is no drive through pharmacy to help moms or those who are disabled. When I asked the pharmacist if there was a drive through for the pharmacy she replied "No, thank God!" It may make it better for her but it certainly doesn't make it better for so many other's who struggle and need that feature. I will go back to the Fry's on Pantano and Speedway."

"Did a great job on giving my boy a covid booster. Had a horrid experience 20 minutes earlier trying to have a walk-in shot on Frys on 22nd and Kolb they told me we would have to wait 30 to 45 minutes for approval and to get the shot ready. In and out in 25 minutes because we had to wait 10 after the shot."

"If you are looking for any kind of customer service DO NOT go to Frys at night. I got to the store around 8:45 to see staff playing catch in the flower section. I got to the deli and was ignored while the girl behind the counter chatted with a friend. She finally looked up and said yes.. I said, are you closed and she she said uh. Yeah, at 9. It was not 9 yet. Okay, whatever . I moved on. I then find the two boys playing catch again and watch them bump into a customer and ignore her. I completed my shopping around 9:10 to discover all lanes are closed. There is staff chatting near check out but they ALL ignore the long lines at self service. I asked if they were going to open a line and was informed we don't have cashiers after 9. Okay, why keep the store open? Where was the manager? Why were they not serving customers prior to 9 and what's with all the goofing off. Terrible experience."

"Frys always has great deals and an awesome coupon app. We love how we earn gas points to save at the pump. The good times to shop at this location are mornings or at night an time after 8pm. Otherwise it's a very busy location. The staff is very personable and helpful here."
