"PLEASE READ THIS. Picked up new prescription for Ambien. I specifically asked the pharmacist if i could take another one in the middle of the night. He said Yes!!! I did and lost consciousness; ended up in ER with overdose. With my Ambien strength i was overdosed. Very very scary"
"The employees here are super nice and helpful. There is a lot of great quality produce and other food (there is a good selection of good quality foods), and the prices (if you sign up for the free Fry's "VIP Club" are pretty good, especially with all the sales they have."
"I am on a lot of meds due to severe chronic illness and have always used this pharmacy. Recently, after being put on some new meds, I had a lot of questions and was treated extremely rudely by the pharmacist. (I didn't get his name, he is supposedly the manager). I didn't understand why they do this the way they do and he told me I'd have to find a different pharmacy and hung up on me. He then cancelled an important script that was already in progress and couldn't be transferred. I had to call back to make sure I was going to be able to pick it up and someone else assured me I would. I had all my scripts transferred. They are horrible here if you have questions, they're fine if you keep your mouth shut."
"I always have my prescriptions filled here at this location. I had never experienced a embarrassing moment. I came right after my urgent care visit. The young lady with long wavy hair was at the counter. When I was speaking to her ,she was in a hurry motion. I even asked her if she was in a hurry? She says "no". And said the medicine will be ready in 10 minutes. So I walked away and picked up few groceries... I cashed out at the regular registers in the front of the store. I came back and others lady greeted me....and she couldn't find my prescription. She ask me to take a set while she looked. And I did. No issue. But a two minutes later the 1st woman with the long wavy hair who I spoked to earlier....had a customer at her side helping her and she raise her voice and said to me..."You need to stand in line if you want to be helped like every one else". And I said "No...I was asked to set and wait". And then she noticed what the other lady coworker was doing and then she said "sorry". I had a sinus infection at the time... And I was not in any condition to complain About how at that moment I felt embarrassed as I was trying to cut in line or something? Days has passed and I'm not getting over my sinus and this still bothers me. If I wanted to set on their chair? Why can't I? And maybe she should of waited on the customer she had and when done...she should asked me if I was helped. Next time I'm not going to keep my month shut if this unprofessional person treats me like this... again. She did say sorry...but it doesn't matter to me.She knew she was caught in the wrong with her co worker."
"I have been waiting for a simple antibiotic for over 24 hours now. My 3 year old son was diagnosed with strep throat yesterday morning, and now become much more severe- we are now at urgent care with a fever of 103.3 because of Frys pharmacy’s inability to fill prescriptions in a timely manner. My son’s pediatrician’s office called in the prescription for an antibiotic yesterday at 9:45 am, I just double checked with their office to make sure that they did not drop the ball, and to ask them what I should do with this new onset of fever. It is now 3:50 PM the following day and we are sitting in the germ filled urgent care with a screaming child. If you need a medication with any urgency, go elsewhere. This is unacceptable."
